Availability and Shipping
All of our products are currently in stock at our warehouse and ready to be dispatched. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible — typically within 1–2 business days after your purchase has been confirmed.
Please note that our inventory is limited and items may sell out quickly. We recommend placing your order promptly to secure availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Full tracking information is available for shipments within Switzerland. For international orders, tracking may be limited or less detailed depending on the destination country and postal service.
Please note: Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Processing and shipping time
The order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes a few business days within Switzerland. For international shipments, delivery times may vary due to customs and transport routes.
Shipping costs
The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. These may vary depending on the destination region and shipping method.
Secure Shipping
If you select Secure Shipping at checkout, your order is insured against transport damage. This means that only if your package arrives damaged, we will refund you the value of the products in the order (excluding shipping costs). To make a claim, you must contact us and provide clear photo evidence of the damage (product + packaging) within 48 hours of delivery. Secure Shipping does not cover lost or stolen parcels after successful delivery, normal wear and tear to the packaging, or damage caused by incorrect address information or improper handling by the recipient.
Customs and import fees
For international deliveries, additional customs or import fees may apply, over which we have no control. Please inform yourself in advance about the respective regulations of your country. All such costs are borne by the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking information, if provided by the shipping carrier.
Please note that full tracking is only available for orders shipped within Switzerland. For international shipments, tracking may be limited or less detailed, depending on the destination and local postal services.
Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur in production or shipping, for example due to supply bottlenecks or unforeseen events. In such a case, we will inform you immediately and do our utmost to complete the shipment as quickly as possible.
