General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed through our online store.

1.2 Our offers are aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of Swiss law, i.e. natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are not related to their commercial or professional activities.


2.2 The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (“invitatio ad offerendum”).

2.3 By clicking the order button, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the items contained in the shopping cart. After sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which documents the receipt of your order by us. This order confirmation does not yet constitute an acceptance of your offer. The purchase contract is only concluded when we expressly declare acceptance in a separate email or when the goods are shipped.

3. Pre-order / advance order


3.1 We offer a pre-order process for certain products. This allows you to order products that are not yet in stock and will be specially produced or procured for you.

3.2 By placing a pre-order, you accept that there may be a longer period between placing the order and delivery. In particular, we would like to point out that the delivery time for pre-order items is expected to be approximately 8 weeks after the contract is concluded.


3.3 The stated delivery time is a non-binding guideline. Production delays, supply bottlenecks or unforeseen events may result in an extension of the delivery time. In such cases, we will inform you immediately.

4. Prices, payment

4.1 All prices are in Swiss francs including the applicable statutory sales tax, but plus any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.


4.2 The available payment methods are indicated in the ordering process. Payment is due immediately, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery, retention of title

5.1 The delivered goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.


5.2 In the case of customers who are entrepreneurs, the company retains ownership until all claims to which we are entitled for any legal reason arising from the business relationship with the buyer have been settled.

5.3 The customer is obliged to notify the company immediately of any seizure or other impairment of the reserved goods by third parties.


6. Right of withdrawal


6.1 Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our instructions on withdrawal, which will be provided to you separately.

6.2 Please note that there may be a legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal for individually manufactured goods or customer-specific products (if offered).

7. Warranty and liability


7.1 The customer's warranty rights and the company's liability are governed by the statutory provisions.


8. Data protection

Information on how we handle your personal data can be found in our separate data protection declaration.

9. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

9.1 These terms and conditions and all contractual relationships between you and us are governed by the law of the Swiss Confederation, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.


9.2 If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, our place of business is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between you and us.

10. Final provisions


10.1 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.

10.2 No verbal ancillary agreements exist.
